ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Processing Time:

  • Normal Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Customized Orders: For personalized or engraved items, additional 3-5 business days are required for customization.

Delivery Time:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Estimated shipping time varies based on destination and shipping method. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, high order volumes, or local postal service disruptions.
  • Peak Season Delays: During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, and other major holidays), delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over US$79.00 (applicable to standard shipping for regular products only).

1. Shipping Costs - Regular Products

  • US — Standard Areas: $7.99
    US — Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply.
  • Other Countries: $8.99
    For remote or special delivery areas, additional shipping fees may apply. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs - Heated Weighted Plush

Due to the weight of our Heated Weighted Plush products, a separate shipping rate applies:

  • US — Standard Areas: $9.99
    US — Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply.
  • Other Countries: $10.99
    For remote or special delivery areas, additional shipping fees may apply. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.

Important Note: Shipping costs for Heated Weighted Plush products are calculated separately from regular products. If your order contains both regular and Heated Weighted Plush items, the shipping cost will be based on the Heated Weighted Plush rate.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We offer worldwide delivery to door. The estimated shipping time before delivery will be about 3~15 days.

Shipping countries & timelines:

  • US: 3-7 Workdays
  • CA/AU/UK: 3-15 Workdays
  • Germany/France/Italy/Spain/New Zealand/Netherlands: 10-15 Workdays
  • Other countries: 10~15 Workdays

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customers do not need to bear customs tax. However, in rare cases, customs policies may vary by country. If any additional customs charges apply, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY POLICY

Customers must ensure that the provided shipping information (name, address, phone number, etc.) is accurate and complete.

If an order fails to be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping details provided by the customer, we cannot process a replacement for the order and reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please double-check your shipping details before completing the order.

Package Refusal Policy:

Customers are advised not to refuse delivery of their packages. If a package is refused and is subsequently lost, returned unsuccessfully, or destroyed during the return process, we will not be able to accept any return or refund requests related to that order.
