To warm
Remove the complete heating pack and microwave only the pack according to the instructions supplied with your product. Check the temperature before placing it back inside the plush. Never microwave the whole plush.
To cool
Place the clean heating pack in a sealed bag and cool it in the refrigerator according to the supplied instructions. Do not freeze unless the official care instructions specifically say it is safe.
Important: Remove the heating pack before washing. Always touch-test the pack and supervise children during heating and use.
Wash, Dry & Re-Fluff
- Remove the complete heating pack before cleaning.
- Gently hand wash or machine wash the plush body on a gentle cycle.
