Using the Removable Belly Pack
To warm
Remove the complete heating pad and microwave only the pad according to the instructions supplied with your product. Touch-test it before returning it to the plush. Never microwave the whole bear.
To cool
Place the clean heating pad in a sealed bag and cool it in the refrigerator according to the supplied instructions. Do not freeze unless the official instructions say it is safe.
Important: Remove the heating pad before washing. Always check the temperature and supervise children during heating and use.
Wash, Dry & Re-Fluff
- Remove the complete heating pad before cleaning.
- Gently hand wash or machine wash the plush body on a gentle cycle.
- Air dry flat and avoid high heat unless the care label says otherwise.
- Once completely dry, gently reshape and fluff the ultra-soft plush.
Follow the care label and the heating-pad instructions included with your specific version.

Is the entire plush microwaveable?
No. Never place the entire plush in a microwave. For heated styles, open the plush, remove the approved microwaveable heat pack, and heat only that insert according to the supplied instructions.

Can every style be cooled?
Yes. Place the whole plush or removable insert, as applicable, inside a clean sealed bag and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. Follow the instructions supplied with your product before use.
How do I wash and dry my plush?
