Using the Removable Heating Pack

To warm

Remove the complete heating pack and microwave only the pack according to the instructions supplied with your product. Touch-test it before returning it to the plush. Never microwave the whole Malamute.

To cool

Place the clean heating pack in a sealed bag and cool it in the refrigerator according to the supplied instructions. Do not freeze unless the official instructions say it is safe.

Important: Remove the heating pack before washing. Always check the temperature and supervise younger children during heating and use.

Is the entire plush microwaveable?

No. Never place the entire plush in a microwave. For heated styles, open the plush, remove the approved microwaveable heat pack, and heat only that insert according to the supplied instructions.

What is the difference between heated-and-weighted and weighted-only styles?

Heated-and-weighted styles include a removable microwaveable heat pack. Weighted-only styles have their weight built into the plush and do not include a removable inner pouch. Weighted-only styles must not be microwaved.

Can every style be cooled?

Yes. Place the whole plush or removable insert, as applicable, inside a clean sealed bag and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. Follow the instructions supplied with your product before use.

How do I wash and dry my plush?

Remove every detachable insert before cleaning. Place the plush body inside a laundry bag before machine washing, then tumble dry according to the product care label. Do not wash, soak or tumble dry the removable heat pack.

No. The collection is made without added fragrance. If you prefer a scented experience, an optional scent sachet can be selected from the add-on options where available.

Are these plushes suitable for children?

They are suitable for all ages, but younger children should be supervised because product sizes and weights vary. Choose a weight the child can hold comfortably and never place a heavy plush over the face or restrict movement.

An adult must handle all heating. Always check the temperature carefully before giving the warmed plush to a child.

Why does my plush look compressed when it arrives?

Protective shipping compression can temporarily make a plush look flatter. Gently redistribute the filling and follow our restoration steps to help it return to its intended shape.
