Restore fluff after unpacking

Plush toys are compressed during shipping. These steps help restore softness and shape.

Step 1

Remove from packaging

Carefully remove all wrapping and let the plush rest on a clean, flat surface.

Step 2

Brush gently

Use a soft brush to gently smooth out tangled or matted fur.

Step 3

Fluff and pat

Gently pat and squeeze the plush to help it regain its soft, fluffy shape.

Step 4

All done!

Your plush is now fresh, fluffy and ready to be loved.

Washing guide

Keep your plush fresh and clean with gentle washing and thorough drying.

Step 1

Remove the heat pack

Take out the non-washable heat pack before washing. Wipe the pack gently with a clean, dry cloth if needed.

Step 2

Wash gently

Hand wash using water, mild detergent and a soft cleaning sponge. Avoid harsh scrubbing.

Step 3

Dry thoroughly

Place the plush in a laundry bag before machine drying. Tumble dry thoroughly using a low-heat setting.

Step 4

Final fluff

Once completely dry, gently brush and pat the fur to restore its fluffy appearance.

💡 Care tip: Hand washing is recommended. If using a washing machine, place the plush inside a mesh laundry bag and choose a gentle cycle. Remove the heat pack before washing and do not return it until the plush is completely dry.

🔥 Heat pack guide

Use the removable heat pack for comforting warmth or a refreshing cool-down. Always remove it from the plush before heating or refrigerating.

🔥 Warm mode

Remove the heat pack — Take the removable heat pack out of the plush. Never place the entire plush in the microwave.
600–800W · 90 seconds — For a 600–800W microwave, heat the removable pack for 90 seconds.
800–1000W · 60 seconds — For an 800–1000W microwave, heat the removable pack for 60 seconds.
Check before use — Carefully touch-test the pack. Once the temperature feels comfortable, return it to its compartment and close it securely.

Adult heating required: Follow the heating time listed for your microwave wattage. Do not add extra microwave time unless directed by the product care label. An adult must heat the pack when the plush is used by a child.

❄️ Cool mode

Remove the heat pack — Take the removable heat pack out of the plush before cooling.
Refrigerate · 60 minutes — Place the pack in the refrigerator for approximately 60 minutes. Do not place it in the freezer.
Check before use — Remove the pack from the refrigerator and carefully touch-test the surface.
Reinsert and enjoy — Return the cooled pack to its compartment and close it securely.

⚡ Dual-use tip: The same removable pack works for both warming and cooling. Make sure it is clean and dry before placing it in the microwave or refrigerator. After refrigerating, allow it to return fully to room temperature before microwaving it again. Never microwave the entire plush.
